  If I could give negative stars I 100% would. This is the worst management I have ever experienced!!! When I moved in, my unit was not in move in conditions- bite marks, scratches on 90% of the baseboards, window ledges & doors from the previous owners dog. It took me 4 months to get my apartment in "decent" condition (the point I wasn't embarrassed to have people over) and they tried to compensate for endless phone calls & begging for them to fix THEIR mistake with $50.00. The door that connected to the outside balcony was not sealed causing my heating bill to be ridiculous.
  There was a constant beeping outside my apartment all the time.
  The lock to the clubhouse was broken so anyone could get in at anytime (kids actually snuck in there and had a slumber party & the maitanence had to call the police.
  The management was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, horrible doesn't even describe them. They couldn't keep someone as a receptionist for more than a month or two at a time!!! And the manager & assistant manager were hardly ever there- it was the front desk that basically would take care of you and MAYBE the management would call you back.
